What is this role about?
- Assist in daily fund operations to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Perform daily fund operation duties including trade affirmation, position reconciliations, cash management, corporate action and settlement
- Assist to download daily reports, such as cash and position/holding reports
- Assist to manage the booking of expenses, FX, Time deposits and Fund transfers
- Work closely with other team members such as portfolio managers, finance and compliance to ensure that the operational process is smooth
- Liaise with fund custodians, fund administrators, executing brokers and other service providers
- Prepare & Review for valuation and NAV statements
- Perform other ad hoc projects/ tasks
How to succeed in this role?
Any current student or fresh graduate from business, accounting, economics or related discipline, with related internship experience are welcomed to apply, if you think you are -
- Skillful in Excel, Bloomberg and related applications
- Prior internship experience in asset management environment preferred
- Passionate, excellent communication with great team spirits
- High level of responsibility, sensitive to figures and attention to details and accuracy
- Great initiative, willing and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
