What is this role about?
Assist in the process of –
Reviewing contract and legal documents including coordinating and organizing comments, drafting, reviewing, translation, formatting, proofreading etc.
Provide legal support to the business lines.
Standardizing document format, terms which form the house template.
Offer contract law opinion to the team and communication with stakeholders across the company
Engage in remediation of identified issues through follow up tasks.
Maintenance and review of policies and procedures, to ensure they are up to date with all legislation and regulatory requirements.
Legal search and ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
Any current student or fresh graduate from Law School with related internship experience are welcome to apply.
